We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Full-Time Cafe Manager to oversee the daily operations of our licensed cafe located in Bondi, Australia. As the Cafe Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the cafe's success by providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high standard of food and beverage offerings, and leading a team of passionate individuals. **Responsibilities**:
Operations Management: Oversee all aspects of the cafe's daily operations, including opening and closing procedures, staff management, inventory control, and equipment maintenance.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service by setting a positive example for the team, resolving customer inquiries, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere.

Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of cafe staff, including baristas, waitstaff, and kitchen personnel. Conduct training, set work schedules, and foster a cohesive and efficient team environment.

Menu Development: Collaborate with the owner and kitchen team to create innovative and appealing menu offerings that align with customer preferences and meet the cafe's quality standards.

Compliance and Licensing: Work with the owner to ensure the cafe operates in compliance with all relevant regulations, including health and safety standards, liquor licensing, and local food handling regulations.

Financial Management: Work with the owner to manage the cafe's budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.

Marketing and Promotions: Work with the owner to plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotions to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Quality Assurance: Regularly inspect food and beverage preparation to maintain consistent quality and taste. Address any issues promptly and ensure adherence to hygiene standards.

Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and other performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement and growth, in collaboration with the owner.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Cafe Manager or in a similar managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
- Sound knowledge of food and beverage trends, licensing regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficient in financial management and cost control.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: From $68,000.00 per year
