**Bondi Boulangerie - Bondi Beach and CBD/Surry Hills**

We are looking for a **Barista All-Rounder / Supervisor** to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is not only an exceptional barista but also ready to take ownership of daily operations and lead by example.

You will:

- Deliver consistently great coffee and lead the barista station during service.
- Supervise FOH operations, ensuring smooth service and high standards across the team.
- Manage daily ordering, stock rotation, and inventory control.
- Take responsibility for store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance.
- Build strong customer relationships and ensure every guest feels welcome.
- Support training and mentoring of junior staff, fostering a positive and productive culture.
- Be proactive in identifying and solving problems before they escalate.

What We’re Looking For
- **Proven barista experience** (minimum 2 years in a high-volume café or bakery).
- Strong communication skills and confidence in leading a team.
- Excellent customer service with the ability to build genuine rapport with regulars.
- Experience with ordering, stock management, and basic admin processes.
- Proactive, reliable, and organised — someone who takes initiative and ownership.
- A “hands-on” leader who is just as comfortable making coffees as they are guiding the team.
- Ideally, familiarity with hospitality operations in Australia (awards, compliance, rostering).
