**We’re Hiring a Supervisor & Team Leaders**

These are a full-time leadership roles only available to those with full-time Australian work rights

**What We’re Looking For**
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory or team leader role within a high-volume, casual dining, or quick service venue
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage teams on the floor
- Confidence running sections, supporting managers, and handling guest escalations with professionalism
- Experience with POS systems, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting
- genuine passion for food, beverage, and guest experience
- A cool head under pressure and a hands-on, lead-by-example approach
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Availability to work across nights, weekends, and public holidays as required

**What You’ll Be Responsible For**
- Supporting day-to-day FOH operations alongside the management team
- Leading briefings, managing sections, and keeping service smooth and on-point
- Assisting with team training and coaching
- Driving strong guest experiences and service consistency
- Contributing to the energetic and positive culture we’re building at Henrietta Bondi
