**Wage offered**:$75,000 to $80,000

**Hours**: 38 hours per week (full time)

**Qualifications required**: Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma. At least 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications listed above.

**The position**:
RND Bondi Japanese Seaside Izakaya. We are looking for a qualified Manager to join our team.

1) Oversee and manage the FOH

2) Rostering and approving of hours for FOH

3) Daily operation of the FOH

4) Monitoring quality at all stages of preparation and presentation of food and services

5) Performance management for FOH

6) Comply with FSS regulations

7) Set up training for all FOH staff

8) Coordinate and participate in day-to-day preparation

9) Planning and coordinating daily services with Operations Manager

10) Controlling the selection, training and supervision of staff

11) Assist in resulting day to day scenarios to the best of her/his abilities

12) Manage and minimize wastage daily

13) Manage shifts and make sure the venue is professionally look after

14) Ensure the venue is locked up and secure before leaving at night

15) Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance

16) Set routines and procedures

17) Estimate costs, work with Operations Manager and Head Chef to minimize waste.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
