**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Our client is an industry leading information service company with a global outreach. Due to the launch of a new project and significant growth they require an account coordinator to join their high performing Customer Success and Engagement team.

You will be mainly responsible for supporting the processing of orders and the inputting of key data points. You will also be providing key customer service support to key clients internally and externally. This is a full-time position that is primarily office based, in North Ryde.

**KEY DUTIES**:

- Follow agreed processes in order to provide timely, accurate and effective customer service for internal and external customers, specifically:

- subscription and order management in the internal system, including processing new and renewal orders, upgrades and trial
- setting up and managing customer access including providing usernames and passwords / maintaining IP addresses / jumpstarts
- Balance workload with others in the Account Coordinator role in Asia/Pacific region
- Timely, accurate and consistent order processing and data entry to ensure standards and targets are met and in line with company policies

**REQUIREMENTS AND IDEAL PROFILE**:

- Previous experience in similar role is highly desired.
- Previous exposure to accurate data entry.
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
