**About Momatu**
Momatu creates a better digital space for families to connect and relive their family stories. We will do this by offering families a virtual home, where it's easy to connect and share daily life whilst effortlessly organising the best moments.
**Our Story**
Funded in 2020 and partly owned by one of Australia's most successful businessmen. Momatu started its journey by providing an app for new parents to share intimate moments of their little ones with family members. Armed with 12 months of research, Momatu embarked on a huge pivot that will transform the way families organise, chat and share life.
The new Momatu is a private virtual home that anyone can set up to become the central platform for all family chats, sharing, organisation and memory collation. A true extension of the physical home. We have created an app where the whole family feels comfortable sharing their curated lives privately and easily. We are not just the baby book, and we are not going to sell advertising around the platform, so your data is always your data.
**The Role**
Momatu has a massive ambition; let's change how families connect and build that platform for the vast category of new parents. We have an incredible local team, great flexibility (4-day workweek), and everyone is on an even playing field. Your voice gets heard and ideas implemented.
We're looking for a digital marketer to educate and inform existing users whilst reaching new users with organic content and digital campaigns. This newly created role will help us get to the next level of our journey.
You will feel like this is your own business yet have all the support of a team. You get to work directly with the founder, with the backing of exceptionally talented growth, data and product colleagues. The role will expose you to all product business areas. As we evolve our offering from a product and market perspective, this person has the opportunity to build the marketing function and lead agency relationships.
**Key Tasks**
- Create SEO blog content
- Manage Instagram content
- Work with the head of brand to reflect our value proposition across all channels
- Work with the head of data to create and implement digital marketing campaigns in paid channels
- Work with head of the brand to develop offline marketing campaigns
**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience producing SEO-optimised copy
- Knowledge of social media monitoring, scheduling and analytics tools
- You have created and implemented paid social campaigns (bonus points for app store)
- Content marketing expertise; talk to us about skyscraper content, UGC strategies and
amplification
- The ability to communicate the benefits of product features
Location: Melbourne CBD
Flexible work: Yes, hybrid (4 days a week always, open to 3 days)
