**Contract position to commence immediately with potential to go permanent**

**Key attributes required for this role include**:

- Previous experience within Projects or Opperations is essential
- Exposure to facilities highly regarded
- Strong administrative skills
- Above average level of computer literacy - in particular Excel
- Xero, Google suite experience is desirable
- High degree of accuracy
- Resourceful in seeking solutions to challenging situations
- Well organised, fast moving practical team player
- Excellent communicator

**Key Duties include**:

- Liaising with sub contractors to ensure they are attending the correct jobs on the correct days.
- Ensuring that all sub contractors are attending relevant online induction sessions before attending relevant sights and monitoring this information on an excel spreadsheet.
- Data entry into excel to keep track of all the relevant information about sub contractors.
- Verbal and written communications with council to obtain relevant permits for work
