**The opportunity**

We have an opportunity for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO and further support a growing team in our Melbourne office. This role is based in our office full-time.

Working in a true partnership with our CEO and more than a regular Executive Assistant role, you will be able to take control of all executive support but also impact the improvement of North as a trusted advisor to the CEO as well as contribute to their strategic goals.

You will be an extension of his brand and take pride in everything that you do, including the work you deliver and your ability to engage with people instantly and your personal presentation.

**_You will _**
- Provide exemplary support to the CEO
- Coordinate all travel, events and engagements
- Prepare, collate and coordinate period reports, board papers and correspondence
- Develop relationships with the key stakeholders in the business
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Contribute to North's Wellbeing and Engagement Committee.

**About you**:

- Experience supporting a Chief Executive
- Be a confident and professional communicator
- A very skilled organiser and solution focussed
- Advanced MS office skills
- Experience gained in a professional services environment will be highly regarded
