Apprenticeships Are Us Ltd is a leading, not-for-profit Group Training Organisation (GTO). We specialise in sourcing, supporting, and placing apprentices in all types of apprenticeships across Australia.
- Develop and sustain partnerships with employment services and their extended support network, ensuring they receive the best advice to match the services we offer.
- Work collectively with employment services and providers for the best outcome for job seekers.
- Coordinate the logistics between all parties to ensure a smooth transition into an apprenticeship through ARU.
- Manage Employment Service Engagement Plan, including planning, coordination, implementation, delivery, and administration within required times.
- Monitor activities against employment services engagement plan goals and outcomes.
- Attend and represent ARU at employment services expos to promote ARU’s brand and services offered to support unemployed entering careers.
- Work with Apprentice Employment Managers to coordinate placements and follow-up activities
**Recruitment Key Responsibilities**:
- Attend and support at career expos as assigned by the Team Leader. These events may occur after hours or on weekends. After-hours expos will be allocated fairly among the team and may be alternated with another team member by mutual agreement.
- Interstate travel may be required from time to time where regional offices are located.
- Assist marketing team with content creation for social media and other forms of advertising.
- **About You**:
To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills and experience:
- Experience in recruitment, employment services, or a similar client-facing role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet daily/weekly administrative deadlines.
**Mandatory Qualifications and Documentation**:
- A minimum higher degree qualification in marketing, business, or other relevant degree **or** experience within the sector deemed to be the equivalent.
- A current Working with Children Check. (must be maintained)
- A current national Police Check. (must be maintained)
- A current unrestricted driver’s licence. (must be maintained)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
