Lets talk about you

Reporting directly to the Chief Infrastructure Engineering Officer, our General Manager Networks will play a critical role in developing and setting the strategic direction of our Network Infrastructure, which supports our products and services. This is a key leadership role for our Infrastructure team and to be successful you will possess:
- A deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, internetworking, internet, and global interconnectivity.- A strong ability to envision future focussed trends and develop solutions to bring those trends and capabilities to market.- Experience leading an business function including budgeting, forecasting, vendor management, internal stakeholders and importantly people management and development.- Demonstrated ability to:
- Lead fiercely from the front.- Work autonomously and as part of a team.- Lead organisations through change.- Learn quickly and adapt to changing situations.- Proven outcomes to challenge the status quo and deliver the 'art of the possible'.

An experienced technology leader, you will lead a team of multidisciplinary technical leads, specialists, and network engineers with the following key responsibilities:
- Setting the strategic direction of our network infrastructure that supports our products and services.- Collaborating with the products team to develop new functionality for network capabilities.- Driving a culture of service excellence and leading your teams to deliver unparallelled service outcomes and results.
