**Gnangara Landscape Construction Pty Ltd** is a professional engineering and technical services business serving mining, ports, power generators and heavy industry, operating from offices in Mackay, Brisbane and Gladstone.
We have a part-time opportunity for a confident, client focused **office administrator**, based in our Brisbane office. We’re in Milton, close to the train station and major bus routes.
**About the team**
As part of our administration and accounts team, you’ll be providing administration support to a small team of Brisbane based engineers and technicians. You’ll also be providing support to our Mackay and Gladstone offices. With the rest of your team based in Mackay (Head Office) and our Office Manager working remotely, you’ll spend some of your day collaborating with your team mates via MS Teams.
You’ll be part of a smallish business, 55 people and growing. Our team is focused on being the best at what we do and having fun while we do it.
**About the hours**
This is a permanent part-time position working about 30 hours a week. If you want to work school-hours or prefer a job that gives you time for other activities this could suit you. Feel free to ask us about flexible work hours.
**About the Job**
You’ll be our office administration all-rounder, responsible for:
- assisting with general administration tasks
- creating and formatting documents in our controlled document system, as a member of our Quality Assurance team
- data entry and accounts support
- making travel and accommodation bookings
- providing induction and training and plant and equipment maintenance support as required
- running errands
- providing professional client service including answering incoming calls and responding to general requests and enquiries
- maintaining professional presentation of our Brisbane office.

- hold a manual Class C Drivers Licence (mandatory as you will be required to run errands in a company vehicle)
