**Ventia’s Defence Base Services (DBS)** team has a fantastic opportunity an experienced **Project Support Services (PSS) Coordinator** for a full-time, permanent role in **Edinburgh Parks**, South Australia.
This key position supports the Estate Works Projects team by coordinating between defence personnel, project consultants, and contractors, and managing minor works and post-construction provisions with Ventia sub-contractors.
**About You**:
You will report to the PSS Zone Manager and thrive on building relationships with staff, sub-contractors, and stakeholders. Your role involves ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation, regulations, and Defence Policy. A results-oriented individual, you excel at identifying and solving problems, prioritising tasks, and working collaboratively to achieve successful outcomes. With strong organisational skills, high motivation, and the ability to handle multiple priorities, you drive a culture of excellence in your work.

**Skills & experience**
Tertiary qualification and/or significant experience in Project Management, Engineering or Asset Management, experience gained in Defence will be highly regarded
Strong background in delivering high levels of customer service to key stakeholders of all levels
Demonstrated technical understanding of the construction industry is highly regarded
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SAP is desirable
Highly developed written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills
