**About the role**

As an AMEP/SEE Customer Service Officer, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our program operations and enhancing our team’s success.

The Adult Migrant English Program (AMEP) Program provides formal language tuition, in face-to-face and virtual classrooms or through Distance Learning to newly arrived migrants and refugees.

The Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program provides high quality training to address language, literacy, numeracy and digital skills to support participants to obtain sustainable employment and/or undertake further education and training.

**We currently have the following opportunities available for immediate offer**:

- 1x Temporary Full Time position located at Albury Campus
- 1x Temporary Full Time position located at Meadowbank Campus
- 1x Temporary Part Time (17.5 hours per week) position located at Armidale Campus.

**About You**
- Experienced in customer-focused roles, flexible, and proactive.
- Excellence in prioritising tasks, meeting deadlines, and maintaining high accuracy.
- Strong data entry and computing skills with experience in corporate systems.
- Able to liaise with clients of varying English proficiency.

**Bilingual skills are highly regarded.**
