Excellent "first step" form Agency - Ideally suited to a high volume recruiter - Recession Proof Industry - Aged Care **_ The Opportunity _** At Infin8care, the Talent Acquisition Partner plays a vital role in ensuring that we recruit the very best talent available, and by doing so help ensure that our residents have the level of care they expect and deserve. Located at our Gold Coast (Bundall) or at one of Our South Australian facilities this role offers you the opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team and be responsible for the Talent Acquisition needs of a group of aged care facilities. As part of this you will. - Coach, guide, and mentor hiring managers as they identify their recruitment needs and navigate the recruitment process. - Screen and interview applicants in a timely manner - Work in conjunction with the Onboarding and Mobilization Coordinator(s), to ensure that all onboarding and mobilization activities are undertaken in line with company / statutory requirements. - Identify and contribute to overall business improvement and process optimisation efforts including system implementation and project-based initiatives. **_ About You_** We hire on attitude and aptitude, so although you don’t need experience in the aged care you do need to be aligned with our values of Diversity, Compassion, Accountability, Excellence, Integrity, and Empowerment. Ideally you will have some Talent Acquisition experience either in an agency or “inhouse” environment and experience to a high-volume environment such as Travel, Retail, Child Care or Call Centre. In addition to this, the following are essential. - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Excellent organisational and time management skills. - The ability to empathise with others and be respectful of their situation at all times. - Experience in working with applicant tracking or CRM systems. - Proven ability to work to and meet deadlines**.** **_Who are we?_** We are a rapidly growing national residential aged care provider, with over 30 years’ experience in providing quality individualised care to ageing residents.
