Corporate Receptionist

Findex are currently seeking a Corporate Receptionist to join our team based in Bundall, Gold Coast.

This is a full-time, onsite, permanent opportunity, with the chance to develop and grow your career with one of Australia's leading accounting and advisory firms.

As part of our team, you will work on a variety of tasks to ensure that business objectives are being met. This is a fantastic opportunity to further your administration skills and work with a close-knit team who share the common goal of thriving

What will your typical week look like?

• Provide courteous and efficient customer service to all clients and staff
• Answer external and internal phone calls
• Manage room bookings and set ups, catering orders and event support
• Support office operations, including managing supply stocks and liaising with external suppliers and service providers
• Collation of client data and correspondence on behalf of team members
• Support the team with system administration document preparation and data entry

Let's talk about you

• Previous experience in a Corporate Reception or Frontline position
• Intermediate computer literacy – MS Office experience
• Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
• Highly skilled in prioritising tasks, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• Ability to display a proactive and team-player attitude
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
