**Part-time Assistant in Nursing - Sunnybank Private Hospital**

Are you an AIN with excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, and a passion for delivering high quality patient care? Sunnybank Private Hospital is looking to employ part-time AINs in their Rehabilitation Ward.

**As an Assistant in Nursing your responsibilities will include**:

- Assist nurses or hospital staff in carrying out patient care duties
- Work as part of the health care team; practice in accordance with state legislation and within the designated scope of practice parameters
- Assess patients using therapeutic skills
- Provide recommendations to specialist treatment programs based on their diagnosis
- Answering patient/visitor/customer enquiries

**Essential Criteria**:

- Certificate III/IV (from an approved training provider) in Community and Health Services, Personal Carer or similar
- Excellent ability to plan and prioritise work
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team
- Previous experience as an Assistant in Nursing desired
