**About Endeavour Foundation Industries (EFI)**
- Our EFI operations provides supported employment opportunities for people with a disability who want to achieve personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans

As a **Production Operator** you will take a person-centred approach, demonstrating empathy and patience while balancing the need to meet commercial outcomes. - Supervising, motivating and encouraging employees while understanding and developing individual capabilities
- Liaising with management to ensure outcomes and deadlines are met
- Overseeing product quality
- Engaging in the manufacturing process ensuring appropriate set up, production and shut down of equipment

**What you will bring to the role**:

- You are a true people person who is passionate, patient, empathetic and resilient
- You are dedicated to empowering people with disabilities to live their best lives
- Coaching and mentoring skills to help guide employees through their daily tasks
- Excellent time management skills
- Physically fit due to the demands of the role
- Medium level of computer literacy** **and financial reporting
- Disability services experience or knowledge would be beneficial
- Forklift ticket and full driver’s licence would be great but aren't essential
