**About the Role**:
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Functional Analyst to join a high performing team with a leading University.

You will be responsible for providing business and functional analysis to support your Scrum team, and configuration of the ServiceNow platform.

**What your day will look like**:

- Assist in the development of requirements and design specifications to meet new business needs
- Preparing functional impact assessments across the University for upgrades and enhancements
- Resolve and fulfil ServiceNow functional incidents and service requests

**Skills required**:

- Demonstrate understanding of how ServiceNow can be applied to non-IT business units such as HR and finance
- Experience in the functional analysis and design of ServiceNow modules across one or many of ITSM, CMDB, HR,
- Postgraduate qualifications and extensive relevant experience
- ITIL qualifications with service management experience in an operational environment
- ServiceNow administration certification
- Agile certification
- Strong ServiceNow functional and business analysis experience
