**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a business development strategy for the civil infrastructure sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the civil infrastructure market.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the civil infrastructure industry.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Manage projects and teams involved in the delivery of civil infrastructure projects.
- Monitor and analyze market trends in the civil infrastructure sector.
- Develop marketing materials and campaigns that will help promote my clients’ services and products to potential clients in the civil infrastructure sector.

**Requirements**:

- A proven track record in business development, sales or marketing in the civil infrastructure sector.
- Demonstrated ability of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
- Strong understanding of the civil infrastructure market, including industry trends and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
