**Continuing, full time position available.**
In addition to your administrative duties, you will conduct thorough reviews of supporting documentation and escalations to inform future campaigns. Your insights will help address and resolve systemic issues that negatively impact the student administration and academic experience. By highlighting these issues, you will contribute to the ongoing improvement of student success and retention
**To be successful you will need**:
- Demonstrated experience and commitment in delivering customer-centric service.
- Proven ability to learn new systems and adapt to new technologies.
- Demonstrated organisational and administrative skills, including the ability to prioritise and manage competing work tasks.
- Proven ability to work constructively as part of a team and build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to identify and solve problems efficiently.
- Demonstrated ability to promote the organisational values of integrity, respect, collegiality, excellence and discovery, and a commitment to positively comply with the associated behaviour expectations.
