**Your opportunity**

We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration Assistant to join our Taxation team in a 12mth FTC. You will be assisting a team of 4 with the following responsibilities:

- Assisting in Tax training preparation - half yearly modules (training material, room bookings, catering)
- Rolling forward Tax templates
- Preliminary Tax reviews (fit-out contributions, progress claims, tax calculations, cost base registers)
- Preparation of Tax return forms (income tax, FBT)
- Data input of Tax information
- Administration of tax lodgments including liaising with external advisors
- Agency approval work (liaising with brand managers and suppliers to ensure that agency tax requirements are satisfied)
- Continuing Professional Education - maintain / update CPE diaries of tax team members, manage registration for external seminars, professional membership renewals
- General office duties - standard. This includes calendar management, document management, processing of invoices (team expenses)

- Microsoft suite: intermediate Excel skills including Visio (structure charts), Word, PowerPoint
- JDE/Converga (accounts payable software / supplier list set up)
- Proficient in One Source (tax software)
- Experience in expense re-imbursement system e.g. Spendvision/Fraedom
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise conflicting requirements
- Very basic Tax knowledge - on the job training provided
