**Key responsibilities include:

- Strategically lead and manage a team of IT professionals and foster a culture of continuous learning, development and high engagement.
- Drive the successful integration of service support and service management functions, ensuring a smooth transition and a unified service approach.
- Ensure seamless access to services for users and handle incidents and service requests to minimise disruptions.
- Oversee Service Management, implementing ITIL processes to maintain and improve technology services.
- Develop, implement and maintain well documented and efficient Technology service management policies, procedures and processes and ensure they are followed.
- Manage the OIR Digital Workplace, providing end-users with the tools they need to work from anywhere, on any device, at any time.
- Maintain Technology asset management practices that ensure optimal equipment allocation and renewal cycles.
- Implement and monitor performance reporting mechanisms for governance, security and risk practices to support compliance and highlight areas of exposure.
- Own and manage the OIR Information and Technology Management as a Service contract with our third party in the provision of tier 1 Service desk functions.
- Managing multiple contractual relationships for OIR.
- Manage the Infrastructure Support Team.
