We are seeking applicants who, within the context of the role responsibilities, possess the following key attributes:

- Highly developed leadership skills with demonstrated capability and experience in coordinating, managing and delivering a range of best practice ICT business support services to support and enhance operational service delivery.
- Demonstrated highly developed communication, negotiation, consultation and collaboration skills and the proven ability to foster and maintain productive relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Proven success in the development and implementation of practical and effective governance arrangements in respect to a range of corporate support functions including ICT, procurement; finance and human resources.
- Demonstrated capabilities and experience in successfully implementing organisational change and service system reforms in a complex operational environment of competing priorities and needs with limited resources. Highly developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills including a demonstrated ability to interpret financial and trend/output/outcome performance data to drive performance improvement.
- Demonstrated commitment to implement practices which promote a fair and ethical workplace, employment equity, cultural diversity and occupational health and safety.

**Mandatory/Special conditions/Other Requirements**:

- The incumbent may be required to travel on official business and the possession of a C class driver's licence may be required.
