**About the role**

As a Service Operations Specialist within Sportsbet you be responsible for providing service management activities around incident, change and problem management within the technical stack. You will work closely with the DevOps teams, Cloud, Platforms teams to ensure system performance and availability, and liaise with the Customer Operations and Trading Solutions teams to maintain an excellent Customer Experience.

Key responsibilities include:

- Working as a member of the team to undertake day to day operational tasks aimed at providing support to enable system availability, stability and performance.
- Providing 24/7 support as part of an on-call roster
- Participating in projects and initiatives to enhance our customers and technical team’s and the wider technology groups capability.
- Work with DevOps teams and the latest Cloud (AWS) technologies in a role that is fundamental in helping our business and technical teams provide the greatest customer experiences, for one of the highest-volume and most dynamic digital businesses in Australia.

**About You**

You will have proven support expertise, comfortable working within a fast-paced and agile environment.

Key skills include:

- Understanding what support is needed by building great relationships with your Sportsbet colleagues and delivering a good customer service.
- Understanding the Sportsbet technical stack and its relationships and dependencies
- Leading and coordinating processes for major/critical incidents across multiple technology teams
- Working within the DevOps framework to assist and enable technical teams to ensure the key KPI’s of the system availability is met
- Being agile and adaptable with a Customer First and Last attitude
