**About the Role**:
Due to maternity leave, we are seeking to appoint an NSC Service Operations Specialist - CDS on a 12-month maximum term contract, based in our National Service Centre (NSC).

Your key focus will be taking end to end responsibility for operational processes associated with all cleaning and disinfection requirements for Customer repairs and assets product for the Melbourne NSC, ensuring all system and physical processes supporting the movement and cleaning of product for servicing is completed. The role operates with direct integration to the NSC service, administration teams and warehouse.

You will perform the functions required to manage and operate all cleaning and disinfection processes for product as required at the NSC and when capacity is available, proactively work with the Team Leader - NSC Service Operations to identify opportunities to support the work being completed at Transfer Stations.
