- Assistant Director
- Educational Leader
- ECT

**Assistant Director Role**:

- Lead the team for high-quality early learning and care
- Mentor and build capabilities within the team
- Manage daily responsibilities and centre operations
- Collaborate with the centre leadership team and establish relationships with families and the local community

**Educational Leader Role**:

- Oversee the centre curriculum based on the Early Years Learning Framework
- Support educators in planning and program enhancement
- Lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program
- Establish strong relationships with children to achieve quality learning outcomes

**Early Childhood Teacher Role**:

- Inspire a love of learning through purposeful, intentional teaching practices delivered with creativity and energy.
- Build meaningful relationships with families to ensure each child has a strong sense of belonging and thrives.
- Mentor and guide educational practices in your room.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop high-quality early learning programs.

**Essential Criteria**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Bachelor of Early Childhood Teaching or ACECQA-approved equivalent
- Full working rights in Australia
- **Willingness to relocate to Kalgoorlie, WA**:

- Working with Children Check
- WA Teacher Registration (essential for ECT role)
- Current first aid certificate (including asthma and anaphylactic training)
- Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and QIP
- Proven experience in a leadership role in the Early Childhood setting
