**About the role**

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a casual Paralegal to join our Brisbane office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing quality and efficient support to the Asset and Corporate Finance team.

**What does the role involve?**
- Preparing security documentation
- Arranging settlement - both physical and PEXA
- Assisting with large project release files for outgoing financiers
- Conducting title, PPSR and ASIC searches
- Hard copy as well as electronic filing, printing, scanning, collation and photocopying of all documents relating to matters
- Client contact on a daily basis
- Archiving of matters.

A high level of proficiency in Microsoft Office is also expected as are excellent organisation and communication skills. Your sense of teamwork, collaboration and support will also be essential in performing this role.

You will ideally have paralegal experience working in a law firm. This role is ideally suited to a university law student looking for experience in a commercial law firm.
