- $99,135 pa + 12% super (level 5)
Great news - EBA6 currently is underway, with a proposed increase of 5% effective 1 July 2025
- 72.5 hour fortnight

**About the role**

Join City of Moreton Bay as a Technical Officer - Project Services and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow.

As a **Technical Officer - Project Services** you’ll be delivering **multi-year renewal project** plans and implementing technical specifications for design and construction project with **support from internal building and construction experts**. You’ll also:

- Manage assigned projects and tendered contracts **through the full project lifecycle**:

- Contribute to the establishment of quality management
- Develop and **review procurement, tender and contract documentation**:

- Provide Technical advice to management and stakeholders
- Support the development of existing local suppliers as well as **seeking out new potential suppliers**:

- Liaise with internal and external service providers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders and ensure quality and safety outcomes are achieved.

**About you**
- Well-developed people and relationship management skills
- Strong level of **investigative, analytical, research** and technical report writing
- Well-developed project and risk management skills
- Degree in building, project management, construction or other relevant field highly regarded or relevant industry experience
- Current C Class Driver’s Licence
- Construction Induction Card competency that has been used or obtained within the past 2 years.
