G.R.I.I.T

Global

Our mission is to solve access to finance or all small business owners. The problem we are solving isn’t unique to any one place or region, so we must have a global outlook in what we do and how we think.

Resilience

The life of a small business is very turbulent, so often they need to have thick skin and deal with adversity more times than they’d like. As such, we need to be resilient in how we work too, we need to be able to deal with things not always going exactly right or on time. It is how we overcome these challenges that we grow and improve our careers. These experiences will serve to make us more rounded.

Integrity

We’re in the business of making a positive impact on the lives of business owners around the world. Therefore, it is crucial we act with others in a way that we would act for ourselves or for our family. We’re straight up and work to make the biggest impact through laying out the best possible solutions for our customers.

Innovate

Our ideas, energy and willingness to learn and listen from our customers is what will drive us to be the best company that we can be. What we have today won’t serve our customers well in years to come, so it is essential we create a culture of sharing ideas, feedback and gathering insights from customers, peers and market trends. So we massively champion people who share this ethos and are keen to share.

Together

You’ll undoubtedly come across many competitive souls at Swoop but what makes it the sweetest is that we’re competitive as a team. When we win through product releases, sales, marketing campaigns, customer acquisition, customer conversion and new partnerships - we do it together as a team.
