We are seeking a skilled and personable bartender to join our team. As a bartender at our restaurant, you’ll be responsible for crafting delicious cocktails, providing exceptional service, and engaging with our guests to ensure they have a memorable experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked
- Interact with customers, take orders, and providing recommendations when needed
- Demonstrate knowledge of drink recipes and be able to customize drinks to meet guests’ preferences
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently
- Comply with all safety and sanitation guidelines
- Be responsible for payments from customers both dine in and takeaway
- Cleaning and closing duties of the venue along with front of house team members

**Requirements**:

- Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar setting
- Exceptional knowledge of drink recipes and mixology techniques
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Must be at least 20 years old and possess any required RSA

Pay: $30.00 - $37.00 per hour

- Hope Island, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Bartending: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
