**Job Posting: Residential Cleaning Staff -Clear Island Water**
**Location**: Clear Island Water, Gold Coast
**Salary**: Negotiable, based on experience
**Position Type**: Part-Time (Twice a week)
**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform cleaning duties in residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all areas.
- Ensure homes are tidy, organized, and meet the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Follow specific cleaning instructions provided by homeowners.
- Report any damages or maintenance issues to the homeowner or supervisor.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good working condition.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in residential or hotel cleaning or maid services preferred.
- Ability to travel to Clearwater Island twice a week.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
- Good communication skills.
**Compensation**:
- Competitive salary, negotiable based on experience.
- Opportunity for regular work on a part-time basis.
