The role of Head of Supply Chain Finance is the Business Partner to our Supply Chain function across ANZ. Forming part of the Supply Chain Leadership Team, you will provide support and guidance to the business through ongoing COG’s visibility, analysis and decision support, as well as delivering the key inputs to our financial submissions, forecasting and corporate strategic plans. This role also forms part of the Finance Leadership Team and is a direct report to our ANZ CFO.

Key responsibilities include:_**
- Provide the Supply Chain inputs to our annual corporate strategy, budgets, and monthly forecasts to enable the business to make sound business decisions.
- Ensure Supply Chain team (Procurement, Operations, Engineering, Logistics receive visibility and sound interpretation and guidance on the impact of their decisions on our business profitability while allocating and approving budgets to areas with a balanced view across the Supply Chain Scorecard (Food Quality, People Safety, Growth, Service, Natural Resource Consumption, Efficiency & Profitability).
- Provide the key COGS inputs to the Commercial, R&D organization that enables decision making and a clear understanding of what drives cost into our supply chain.
- Strengthen the organization by supporting Supply Chain auditing activities to ensure all requests are met and all recommendations are addressed.
- Build a strong, technically competent and engaged team through robust hiring and on-boarding, coaching and developing individual team members so they can perform and grow with the company.
- Establish constructive working relationships across all functions and within the finance function locally to understand the business needs and drivers, and to continuously improve the partnership through the delivery of sound financial information.
- Contribute to the leadership of the local finance function by the timely delivery of the department’s common objectives and active support for all members of the Finance Leadership Team.

With strong business partnering skills you will provide the business with sound advice and guidance from a financial perspective for decision making and day-to-day operations. With a small team of direct reports, you will have previous experience in developing, coaching and guiding talent to be their best.
