In this Commercial Analyst role at Tetra Tech Coffey, you’ll play a key part in delivering accurate and timely financial insights to key stakeholders to support our growth.

This role will work closely with the FP&A team, the regional management team, and broader operational teams, making a difference to the business by monitoring and managing the financial performance of the region.

**You'll be responsible for**:

- Providing financial and commercial support by partnering with key stakeholders.
- Preparing and delivering weekly and monthly forecasting, analysis, reporting and commentary.
- Tracking of KPI’s and producing management reports to identify risks and opportunities.
- Coordination of the annual budgeting process including regional presentation packs.
- Providing commercial support for business cases, tenders, and projects.
- Supporting project managers and administrators with training, understanding ‘the numbers’ and driving best practices.

This role is perfect for a highly motivated and commercially astute professional who is looking to make a difference within a professional services environment.
- A Bachelor's degree in finance or economics.
- 3-5 years’ experience in financial planning and analysis within commercial environments.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyse complex data from multiple sources.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with an ability to coherently explain financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in business partnering and stakeholder engagement.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work independently to solve challenges.
- A practical understanding of project management techniques.
- Technological savviness, with the ability to navigate new digital software
