**About the role**

We have an opportunity for a **Technical Support Officer** to be part of our Investigative Systems Support, Technology Command. The **Technical Support Officer** **provides broad-ranging support to users, undertake hardware engineering and software configuration activities, troubleshoots and resolves issues across NSWPF ICT environment.

The Technical Support Officer will be principally responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for Body Worn Video cameras and other evidentiary multimedia recording devices utilised by front line police officers.
