**Your new role**
- This role will see you joining a passionate, team within a successful and well-known federal organisation based in Melbourne CBD, flexible working environment.
- You'll be assigned to report directly to the CISO for day-to-day direction. The position will interact with and direct activities across the broader security team.
- You'll be expected to be able to interact effectively across a diverse range of skillsets included ICT experts, Security Architects, Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), Security Cyber Security Operations Centre (CSOC) members, policy development, technical writing, procurement and PMO functions.
- You'll will also be expected to operate as part of the Security team and may be required to adhere to other programs Standards under a common project framework, including standard approaches to scheduling, finances, and planning. Within the role there will be flexibility to influence those frameworks and utilize their expertise to enhance the overall outcomes of the program.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Demonstrated achievement of project delivery, managing scope, budget, schedule, and expectations in projects valued around $10m.
- Significant experience working on security remediation and transformation projects including implementing business process change.
- Excellent technical domain knowledge within the Infrastructure and Application Stream in particular the design and implementation of information security roadmaps across all security domains of governance, information, personnel and physical security - e.g., IdAM, Essential Eight, Governance (policy framework), physical security.
- Demonstrated experience delivering multiple Security projects, in parallel, which are aligned to the PSPF, Essential Eight, IdAM, Privileged Access Management, RBAC and ISM.
- Must have experience delivering Security projects in the public service.- Domain experience across IDAM, PAM, NAC, Scanning/patching, and Alerting
- be eligible to obtain and maintain Baseline Security Clearance at a minimum and NV1 Security Clearance where required by the organisation.
