**YOUR ROLE**

As a Protective Security Manager, you will ensure the safety of our staff and the security of our assets through a risk-based, intelligence-led Protective Security Program focused on education and prevention. This is complemented by a strong capability to react, respond to, and recover swiftly from physical security threats, emergencies, and incidents.

You will play a key leadership role in IAG’s Trans
- Tasman Protective Services Team, leading and developing the Protective Security Program in Australia, identifying and addressing potential threats and risks to IAG's people, information, and assets in line with IAG’s risk appetite. Additionally, you will oversee the national IAG security guarding contract and 24/7 Security Operations Centre, ensuring day-to-day operations align with strategic goals and key performance targets.

You will also manage the Emergency Management Program, ensuring IAG and its people are well-prepared to respond effectively to emergencies.

This is a permanent position based in Sydney or Melbourne.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Experience in Protective Security Threat, Risk, and Emergency Management.
- Background in complex multinational corporate environments, with experience working in geographically dispersed teams.
- Action-oriented, results-driven, detail-focused, resilient, adaptable to ambiguity, and courageous.
- Relevant professional memberships and certifications.
- Established network and ability to build relationships with industry, government, regulatory bodies, and security agencies.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to adjust plans to respond to changing landscapes.
