**Our Opportunity**

As part of our Group Leasing & Store Development Team, our new Repairs and Maintenance Coordinator will play a key role for our store teams in coordinating repairs and maintenance across our Sussan Group store portfolio. You will be liaising with external service providers to manage approved minor works as well as carry out administration associated with repairs and maintenance.

Maintaining support to stores will require you to be strong communicator as you will be coordinating works and liaising between stores, Business Managers and external trades and stakeholders. You will enjoy building effective relationships internally across the wider business and externally which will support your success across every part of this role.

Additionally, your strong organisational skills, problem solving capabilities and customer focused mindset will be utilised daily to ensure all works are completed within timeframes and budgets.

**Key Responsibilities include**:

- Manage repairs and maintenance requisitions across our Sussan Group store portfolio including all three brands
- Coordinate repair works between stores and external trades as required
- Liaise with stores throughout any works and keep stores updated of progress
- Communicate all store activities to appropriate departments
- Monitor service providers and suppliers for ongoing maintenance contracts
- Obtain and manage quotes; negotiate competitive quotes from various suppliers
- Place and confirm all orders with suppliers
- Reconcile all invoices & accounts, ensuring all works are approved within budget
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with head office, store teams and external contractors and suppliers

**Skills & Experience**:

- Previous administration and customer service experience
- Prior experience within a retail store environment ideal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Relevant Tertiary Qualifications ideal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
