We are looking for an administrative superstar to join our dynamic team as the Academic Services Officer within the College of Design and Social Context. This is a fixed-term opportunity covering a staff member on leave. You’ll be working in a fast-paced admin role where your initiative and teamwork will shine, especially during peak university periods. Engage with a vibrant academic community, support key operations, and make a real impact day to day

As an Academic Services Officer, you'll leverage your strong customer service skills to provide exceptional support to the programs within the School. You'll collaborate closely with academic and professional staff, ensuring high-quality services are delivered to students.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have:
- Demonstrated experience in the provision of quality academic administrative services.-
- Demonstrated organisational and problem solving skills, including proven ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines in a large and complex tertiary environment.-
- Proven ability to work effectively as a member of a team delivering academic programs, and experience interacting effectively with academics and students.-
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with people from a range of cultural backgrounds.-
- Demonstrated high level of computer literacy, including knowledge and experience with university systems.-
- A high level of initiative and independence with the ability to work with limited direction.To Apply
