**About the OPPORTUNITY**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Supply Chain Systems Strategy & Project Lead to join SSN AUKUS based in Adelaide or Melbourne, reporting to the Senior Supply Chain Excellence Manager.
We embrace flexible work arrangements at BAE Systems Australia, such as working a 9-day fortnight and or hybrid working.
You will be responsible for the development and implementation of the supply chain project team technology strategy for the AUKUS Program, in consultation with the project’s leadership team and other key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Develop supply chain strategies for systems capability and technology in collaboration with key stakeholders
- Become an expert in product lifecycle management, enterprise resource planning and materials resource planning systems, the interconnects of different modules and capabilities within them, so that you can effectively advise on opportunities for improvement
- Work with other functions to understand resourcing requirements for implementation of cross functional tools
**About YOU**
- A combined knowledge of end-to-end supply chain process and knowledge of current and future procurement and supply chain technologies
- Ability to use and adapt written and verbal communication skills to suit a variety of difference audiences is critical to this role
- Ability to negotiate with and influence internal and/or external stakeholders in a way which generates business benefit whilst maintaining key relationships
- Embrace the opportunity for periodic domestic and international travel, and collaborate globally by attending meetings in UK time zones.
