**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role would suit someone who has the ability to perform various manual handling tasks.

**YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Ensuring the smooth delivery of day to day meeting room operations and associated meeting room services
- Undertake a full range of venue operation activities for the shared meeting room
- Performing admin activities within a high-volume business environment
- managing compliance with public record keeping regulations
- Assist in maximizing space utilization through usage analysis and provide recommendations
- Organize meetings, conferences or seminars and provide advice to stakeholders regarding efficient event layout, preparations and procedures
- Organize and perform daily room adjustments including set up/down of furniture, operable walls and catering
- Provide support to the Concierge Manager on the ongoing management
- Responsible for the efficient management and reporting of meeting room supplies, including identifying potential improvements or cost saving opportunities
- Manage/coordinate contractors or other stakeholders performing works or activities

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Double vaccination certificate
- Sound knowledge of room booking systems, MS Office and AV equipment
