In addition, you will provide critical, timely, and specialist technical advice to departmental staff, other government agencies, industry, and consultants. Thisincludes offering guidance on procedural aspects of complex tests, interpreting specialist test results, and advising on methodologies used in investigations, audits and instrumentation activities.
Your responsibilities will further involve liaising and consulting with clients and stakeholders to build strategic relationships, ensuring that project expectations aremet, performance is reviewed, and any issues identified are addressed through audit and surveillance activities. You will also ensure compliance with ConstructionMaterials testing standards, best industry practices, and NATA requirements, including AS ISO/IEC 17025:2018.

Mandatory Requirements -- Possession of a 'C' Class driver's license. Driving TMR vehicles to project job sites is a mandatory requirement of the role. Possession of an Advanced Diploma of Laboratory Technology or acceptable equivalent from a recognised tertiary institution or registered training organisation is mandatory.
