I am currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Civil Team Lead to join a dynamic team. - Lead a team of civil engineers and technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure project delivery excellence.
- Take ownership of civil engineering projects, overseeing all stages from conception to completion, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budgets, and timelines.
- Collaborate with clients, government agencies, and stakeholders to understand project requirements, and actively participate in client meetings and presentations.
- Utilize your extensive 12D experience to drive innovative design solutions and optimize project outcomes.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, encouraging professional growth and development within the team.

To be successful you MUST possess:

- Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering
- Extensive experience working with 12D software, proficient in utilizing its capabilities to deliver high-quality civil engineering projects.
- Proven track record in leading civil engineering teams, successfully delivering complex infrastructure projects.
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive and result-oriented mindset, with the ability to make informed decisions under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build a team and win work (highly regarded)
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant industry standards, codes, and regulations.
- Possess a high level of initiative, integrity, and commitment to delivering outstanding results.
