**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a male Disability Support Worker who is engaging, friendly, and articulate to join our team. You will work closely with clients to provide meaningful support, build rapport, and encourage participation in daily activities and community engagement.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong, positive relationships with clients through effective communication and genuine engagement.
- Provide respectful personal care and daily living support as required.
- Assist clients with community access, recreational activities, and appointments.
- Encourage independence while ensuring safety and well-being.
- Maintain accurate, confidential records of services provided.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Male support worker (due to client preference).
- Excellent communication skills - articulate and confident in verbal interactions.
- Friendly, approachable, and able to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Valid driver’s licence and reliable transport.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 24 per week

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Worker Screening Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- Infection Prevention and Control Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Fire Safety Training (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
