Are you a compassionate and reliable individual looking to make a real difference in someone’s life? We’re looking for a Disability Support Worker with a passion for community inclusion and exceptional communication skills.

About the Role:
You will support individuals with disabilities in engaging with their communities, developing independence, and enjoying meaningful activities. Your role will include transporting clients to appointments, social events, and recreational outings while promoting choice and empowerment in every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

- Proven experience in disability support and community access
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and with a client-centered approach
- A genuine passion for helping others achieve their goals
- Opportunity to work with a young, highly engaged, friendly, and active participant
- No personal care required
- Afternoon shift work, five days a week.

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Monday to Friday
- Rotating roster

Licence/Certification:

- NDIS Working Screening Check (preferred)
- Working with Children Check for Employees (preferred)
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- CPR Certification (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Fire and Safety Training Certification (preferred)
- Infection Prevention and Control Certificate (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
