**Executive Assistant to the CFO**:
**About the role**:
This role is responsible for providing high level administrative and organisational support, primarily to the Chief Financial Officer for Mining & Primary Steel as well as key stakeholders within the MPS business to enable them to execute their roles efficiently. This role will also be responsible the broader office administration duties.

Your responsibilities will include:

- CFO diary and meeting management
- Organising travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
- Preparation and distribution of Executive team meeting schedules and agendas
- Scheduling appointments and travel, arranging and coordinating meetings, and conferences
- Office administration duties including COVID protocol, Safety & hygiene etc.

**About your experience**:
You are an experienced Executive Assistant who is confident, reliable, and proactive, who is also friendly and respectful in your approach. You will be highly skilled in building strong internal and external relationships, executing work in a timely manner and regularly dealing with information of a commercially sensitive and confidential nature.

Due to the nature and position of this role, there will be times when support will be required outside of normal business hours / weekends.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Proven experience in a similar role
- High degree of competence in managing a complex and frequently changing schedule
- Outstanding organisational, time management and communication skills
- Advanced MS office skills
