We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Services Manager to join our dynamic team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to contribute to the success and growth of our company.

Position: Corporate Services Manager

Location: Perth, WA

**Salary**: $AUD150,000+ per year, Superannuation

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

- High level administrative, strategic planning and operational support, research and advice in the areas of finance, HR, accounting, IT, safety, facility management etc.
- Developing and managing administrative standards and procedures
- Developing and managing administrative functions in accounting, finance, HR and facility management.
- Developing and managing health and safety standards and procedures
- Supporting and participating the financial reports, budgeting and forecasting
- Developing and managing administrative staff to support business operation at an effective, smooth and accurate level.
- Representing company in exhibitions, conventions, expos, seminars etc.
- Representing company in negotiations, meetings and business visits etc.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience in corporate services management.
- Strong understanding of energy-saving wear-resistant materials products and the mining industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver results on time and within budget.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and English would be advantageous due to the need to report to the parent company.
