Headquartered in Perth, ANB collaborates with leading Australian universities, achieving significant agriculture, food, nutrition, and biotechnology advancements. Our products are sold both locally and internationally in countries like China, Japan, South Korea, and the Middle East. We are also expanding into emerging markets such as India, Malaysia, Thailand, and the USA.

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Services Manager to join us during this exciting growth phase.

**About the Position**:

- **Strategic Planning**:Contribute to strategic decision-making, ensuring the alignment of corporate services with our business goals.
- **Operational Oversight**:Manage and streamline administrative, financial, and HR operations to support our mission of business growth.
- **Process Optimisation**:Drive efficiency and continuous improvement across corporate services.
- **Compliance Oversight**:Ensure adherence to industry regulations in various countries and company policies.
- **Team Coordination**:Work with the Board of Directors to supervise and inspire team members in various departments, fostering a high-performance culture.

**About You**:
To excel in this role, you should meet the following criteria:
1. At least five years of experience in corporate services or operations management;
2. Strong leadership and organisational skills;
3. Excellent knowledge of corporate governance and compliance in various countries (preferred);
4. Ability to analyse, innovate, and implement effective solutions;
5. Proficiency in English (fluency in Mandarin, Japanese, or Korean is a plus);
6. A collaborative mindset with exceptional communication skills.

**What We Offer**:

- A full-time position with a salary range of $100,000 - $120,000 per year plus superannuation, with the exact salary based on your qualifications and experience;
