Tribe Lead Consumer Lending

The **Tribe Lead Consumer Lending** is one of our key leadership positions within the Retail Bank** reporting directly into the Head of Retail**. You’ll be responsible for the end-to-end value chain owned by the Consumer Lending focused on Credit Cards & Personal Loans.

Working with our partner across Retail, Operations, Technology, Risk & Finance, you’ll be responsible for the for the product P&L and Tribe financials. You’ll lead be tasked with leading and developing the strategy that will align with ING’s continuous growth. Within the agile framework you’ll manage both the ongoing operations and the transformative changes to the Consumer Lending Business.

**What you’ll do**
- Manage the Consumer Lending portfolio to optimise growth and profitability with a clearly articulated product and pricing strategy.
- Own the product P&L and Tribe financials including run and change budgets, resource plans, income forecasts, forecasting models and project benefits tracking
- Defining product strategies and customer value propositions aligned to global and local bank growth plans and translate this into long and short term initiatives to deliver business outcomes
- Optimising product value proposition to grow ING’s market share.
- Collaboration on marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition activities with specialized Retail teams such as Marketing and Customer Interactions to drive business growth and improve cost per acquisition continuously.
- Manage sales channels and their performance to meet targets and operate within specified Risk Appetite Statement (RAS) limits.

**What we’re looking for**
- Strong people leader with a passions for further developing a high performance culture.
- Demonstrated experience with balance sheet management
- Understanding of Agile delivery methodology and Human Centred Design Methodologies
- Minimum 10 years experience in financial services product management, ideally in Consumer Lending
- Previous experience in setting strategy and being a driver of strategic change.
