Slade Pharmacy is a lead provider of medication management services and has a strong track record of technological innovation. Slade integrates hospital, community and compounding pharmacy services to the private hospitals and the oncology sector across Victoria, NSW and Queensland.

**The opportunity**:
A permanent full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their workload. In this role you will rotate through all Richmond departments including hospital, compounding and through our specialist retail pharmacy. This is a great opportunity to gain skills in broader hospital pharmacy areas while using your existing community pharmacy experience.

**In this role, you’ll**:

- Deliver high level pharmacy services to the hospital staff, patients and customers
- Dispense and supply medications for hospital inpatients and outpatients
- Compound medication for our patients
- Create medication profiles
- Assist with imprest and pharmacy inventory management
- Undertake delivery and collection of medications to hospital wards
- Complete data entry of patient specific information into databases
- Assist with patient account enquiries
- Liaise with hospital staff and associated employees
- Assist the pharmacy teams complete administrative and record keeping duties

**Who are we looking for?**
You’ll:

- Be proficient in using FRED dispense
- Have knowledge of the PBS
- Have a “can-do” attitude and be driven by the desire to have a positive impact on another person’s life
- Have time management, communication and teamwork skills
- Embrace change and commit to learning
- Have strong customer service skills and an understanding of Point-of-Sale Systems (POS)
- Be adaptable with the ability to prioritise your workload
- Value attention to detail and able to work autonomously
