- ** **DCS Grade 9/10, base salary starting at $116,211 - $128,061 plus superannuation and leave loading

**About You**:
To be successful in the role, you will have:

- Data and risk analysis and, reporting skills
- Stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in negotiation and contract execution
- Project management skills
- Experience in contract management and performance reviews
- Understanding of NSW Government legislation, procurement policies, framework and processes

**About the role**:

- Partner with stakeholders in category development, and manage arrangements to deliver value for money and effectively meet business outcomes and government directions
- Contribute to the development and implementation of category management plans and strategies to deliver value for money and meet stakeholder needs and expectations
- Analyse business needs, commercial risks and supply markets to inform category planning and provide governance, advice and guidance to internal stakeholders to build expertise in the Category across the organisation
- Provide expert advise and support for adoption of Whole-of-government agreements / panels, support implementation of benefit realisation plan for the nominated category
- Provide support for pricing reviews and contract re-negotiation, attending or leading scheduled performance reviews, resolving supplier performance matters and incidents, setting work allocation for panel suppliers, participation in supplier management and development forums and preparation of recommendations for contract review

These roles are working with the Category Manager to manage Government wide agreements and panels in key ICT categories. The right person will have strong interpersonal and communication skills as frequent contact with an array of stakeholders and vendor management activities will feature prominently. This which will expand your network and knowledge base across all sections of the NSW Government sector.
